The actual building conforms, but not exhaustive, to the specific requirements outlined within the Gibraltar 2024 NCM modelling guide.
A user can switch between Building types; Actual and Reference, via the Bldg. dropdown menu. By default, the Bldg. is set to Actual.
The actual building allows user control over the following aspects of the design, which it shares with the IESVE design model.
Data shared between actual building and design model:

Geometry (including orientation and glazing)
Constructions
Most system characteristics including renewables
The actual building differs from the design model in terms of its occupancy and plant operation, which for the purpose of Gibraltar Part F (2007) DSM compliance are forced to standard patterns linked to the NCM activity associated with each room. The data in this category is:

Equipment gains
Lighting illuminance levels (these, however, are subject to some flexibility, as well as options on control)
Room conditioning (heating and cooling set points and operation periods)
