The Energy Sources and Meters button launches the Energy Sources and Meters dialog.
The Energy Sources and Meters dialog displays and applies Fuel emission and primary energy factors in line with Gibraltar 2024 NCM modelling guide
By default, region and territory are set respectively; Gibraltar and Gibraltar – 2007. Energy sources and meters are non-editable.
Note: District heating CO2 emission factor and Primary energy factor are user defined via the Building data tab (refer to later section)
Within Table 18 (extract provided below) of the Gibraltar Part F (2007) NCM modelling guide, pence/kWh values are provided per each fuel type. These values are utilised to derive the Energy Cost field for the current building within the EPC report. Where Energy Cost is calculated to be negative, a value of 0 is returned. Refer to ApacheSim – EPC section.
