Following completion of the Section 63 assessment for the alternative scenario and generation of the draft Action Plan, the alternative measure pane in Building & System Data is updated. The measure will display the savings over the actual building without any measures (i.e. the state represented by the EPC), including individual energy savings values (where appropriate) for Heating, Cooling, Auxiliary, Lighting and DHW.
When the alternative improvement measure(s) results in equivalent or increased savings (compared to using only the identified prescriptive measures in the original source project), the measure pane will be shown with a green background:
If one or both of the total savings values were worse than those achieved with the prescriptive measures only, the reduced saving value(s) would be shown in red and the pane would be shown with a red background:
