General
Building & System Data > General tab and its user defined inputs. This tab is consistent with other UK and Ireland compliance routes, and factors a review between the latest iSBEM (England, Scotland and Wales) and iSBEMgi (Gibraltar equivalent).
 
 
Where;
Assessor number (EPC only): Unique EPC Assessor number, which will be stored in the computer’s registry after an EPC has been successfully generated.

The following parameters apply to EPC analysis only
 
Inspection date
The date on which the energy assessor inspected the building for the purposes of energy calculations for the EPC.
Enter in the format dd/mm/yyyy
 
UPRN
The Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) of the building (must be 10 or 12 digits). May be used instead of Previous RRN.
 
Potential analysis
The Gibraltar framework, within the IESVE software, is in line with other UK and Ireland compliance routes. Scotland Section 6 has a similar feature where the EPC report displays a user input “Potential” value for the Asset Rating of the building.
 
For Gibraltar these EPC “Potential Analysis” values are input via the Building & Systems Data > Building Details > Potential Analysis section. When the option is ticked on these values are parsed during simulation runtime and displayed within the EPC PDF. Mapping are shown below
