The Design/minimum chilled water supply temperature is used with the Series configuration on the CHWL to prevent overcooling the CHWL by constraining heating capacity. It will allow the HRC chilled water to float, maximizing design flow throught the HRC. This input is mirrored unidirectionally on the EWC chiller edit dialog.
