It is possible to export the active scenario as a new VE project – this allows it to function as a standalone VE project, no longer connected to its original source project. To export, select the Export “<scenario name>”… menu item from the Scenario dropdown. This will display a window that will prompt for the project name and the location to export it to (a directory matching the project name will be created at that location). There is also a checkbox that allows the exported project to be automatically opened once exported – this is unticked by default.
Note that when exporting, the selected prescribed measures in Building & System Data will be applied to the exported model – depending on the measures, this may make modifications to rooms, Apache Systems and constructions. Details on the modifications that are done for each measure are given in Appendix B: Automatic Triggers for Prescriptive Measures .
