Draw partitions of any shape into existing spaces to generate subspaces or separate spaces. The Partitioning dialog gives various options for representation of the new space in the model.
Construction lines
(“Draw” Þ “Construction Line”)
This command allows you to draw a construction line which can be used to trace along and/or snap to a point. Construction lines follow the same process of drawing as extruded shape except you do not have to return the start point as this is not a space.
Remove all construction lines
(“Edit” Þ “Remove All Construction Lines”)
This command only becomes active when a construction line has been drawn.
