Electricity Storage assets are the primary means of storing electrical energy within an iVN network. Electricity capacity is stored as energy and parameters such as current, voltage, and capacitance are not considered.

The ID number of each Electricity Storage object is unique and used for simulation. The name is not used by the simulation engine, but should be used to give the object meaningful identification within the project.
Users can define a custom Electricity Storage object, or may select from a list of pre-defined options. If defining a custom Electricity Storage asset, the input values described below will need to be defined. Pre-defined options are as follows:
