This action allows the user to select the default data set that can be used when creating the proposed model. In certain cases the 90.1 standard contains two sets of information. For example, constructions, as in previous versions Chapter 5 contains a list of standard constructions, however Appendix G now (2016 & 2019) also contains constructions relating to the baseline model.
The idea behind this action is to allow the user to choose which of these datasets they would like as a starting point for the creation of the proposed model. if the user selects 'Prescriptive', it will bring in the constructions from Chapter 5, if the user selects 'Appendix G' then it will bring in the constructions from Appendix G.
