This checkbox enables or disables the HRC. If not previously checked, this checkbox will be checked automatically if and when the current CHWL is selected in the HWL HRL dialog as an available source. If subsequently unchecked on the HWL side this shall only de-select that particular HWL as a recipient on the CHWL side.
