Label indicates the section of inputs used to customize the heat recovery chiller. If you double click on the name of the chiller, the edit dialogue will appear (this is the same result as selecting the edit button on the right side).

These settings are the same settings used to customize the electric water-cooled chiller serving as the HRC. For more information on the inputs of the electric water-cooled chiller seeElectric Water-Cooled Chiller
If the HWC is the only cooling source amongst cooling equipment set and pre-cooling on the CHWL, a yellow warning symbol will be displayed on the left side of the chiller name. This warning states:
Warning: HRC is presently the only cooling source. Cooling capacity on this CHWL will be constrained by maximum HWL supply temperature permitted and the associated HWL load at each simulation time step (heat recovery recipient loop load at maximum SWT = heat rejection capacity for HRC). Depending upon actual zone loads, the maximum permitted SWT on the HWL, and airside controls, this may heat some zones more than necessary when HRC condenser heat rejection to satisfy cooling demand exceeds the heat that would otherwise be added to the HWL to just adequately heat all zones that require heating.
