The tool buttons save you time by enabling you to select some of the most frequently used commands, without having to select them from the pull down menus at the top of the CostPlan window.
From Left to Right, these are:
Create a new CostPlan file.
Open an existing CostPlan file.
Save current CostPlan file.
Print Data.
Construction Costs.
Display Cost Plan.
CostPlan Chart.
Model measures.
Adjust Floor Area.
Select object.
Those commands which do not appear in other menus are now explained:
Display CostPlan
This brings up a window showing all categories and elements for the selected cost plan file.
CostPlan Chart
This shows the cost per category as a percentage of total costs. If more than one cost plan file exists for the model, these can be viewed by selection from the pull-down menu:
Model Measures
This window summarises information for each zone, the total number of internal and external doors and windows, and several geometric rations.
