As an associated assessment to the ApacheSim EPC for Section 6 (2015) Scotland, you use the VE Compliance module to perform a Section 63 assessment and generate an Action Plan. You can access Section 63 by selecting Section 6 (2015) - Scotland from the Regulations dropdown on the toolbar, and then selecting ApacheSim - Section 63 from the Simulation Mode dropdown:
In Section 63 simulation mode, the actual model is always active – the Building dropdown will be replaced by a Scenarios dropdown. This dropdown is used to create and switch between Section 63 alternative scenarios – it will default to Prescribed Measures. Full details on alternative scenarios are given in Working with Alternative Scenarios. However, you must complete assessment using Prescribed Measures first.
