Assessor and Building Details

The Action Plan document produced for a Section 63 assessment will include the following general information:
-          Assessor ID (Membership ID)
-          Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN)
-          Date of Assessment (EPC Inspection Date)
-          Building Street Address
These details are taken from Building & System Data in EPC mode – you must ensure that these details are accurate before beginning a Section 63 assessment. The Membership ID and Building Street Address are set on the General tab, whilst the UPRN and Inspection Date are set on the Building Details tab.
