For all rooms in the model that have a type of Unheated Roof, they must be appropriately marked to indicate whether or not they have loft access. This can be done either on the Building Regs tab of both Space Data (for a single room) or Tabular Space Data (for applying to multiple rooms simultaneously) by setting the Is there loft access? (Section 63) option:
Note that this option is only available when the NCM Room Type is set to Unheated Roof. It can also be set on a thermal template, to allow a default value to be set for all roof spaces that use that template:
Once these options have been set appropriately and the changes saved, you can begin a Section 63 assessment.
