Is DEC and advisory report lodged in register and displayed in building?
If the Use operational rating? option is ticked, this option can be used to indicate that a DEC has been lodged and displayed in the building.
Note: production and lodgement of data for a DEC is a separate activity. The Section 63 advisor simply requires written confirmation from the building owner that operational ratings will be lodged as required under The Assessment of Energy Performance of Non-Domestic Buildings (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
