13 Equipment Efficiencies and Part Load Performance
NECB-2011 Section 5.2.12 and Article 8.4.4.22
The minimum efficiencies for HVAC equipment (5.2.12) must be used for the applicable equipment in the reference building design. This includes any part load efficiencies as specified in section 8.4.4.22.
A series of predefined NECB equipment has been provided as mentioned in the previous sections. In all cases, the minimum efficiency has been taken from section 5.2.12 and the part load performance is based on the equations and coefficients detailed in article 8.4.4.22.
