Available filling profile
Available filling profile allows selection of a profile from the database to define the availability of the Potable water Storage for charging (adding water to the storage). If a schedule is not required, the profile should be defined as “on continuously”.

Available draining profile
Available draining profile allows selection of a profile from the database to define the availability of the Potable water Storage for discharging (expending water from the storage). If a schedule is not required, the profile should be defined as “on continuously”.

Filling loss factor
The fraction of water lost when charging the storage device

Draining loss factor
The fraction of water lost when discharging the storage device

Initial stored potable water
Amount of water in storage at the beginning of the simulation.

Maximum filling rate
The maximum volume flow rate that can be used to charge the storage device.

Maximum draining rate
The maximum volume flow rate that can be discharged from the storage device.

Storage capacity
Maximum amount of water that can be in storage at any given point in time.

Control type
Dictates whether this installation follows active or passive storage management.  Active management means that the storage device is considered to be a user-controlled, dispatchable device.  Passive management is an automatic management system that will charge whenever the total possible generation exceeds the demand (i.e. surplus) and discharge when the demand exceeds the total possible generation.  Default is passive.

Leakage loss factor
The fraction of water lost every 30 days due to leaks or background discharge.

Indirect CO2 emission factor
This is the CO2 emission factor associated with the water initially in storage.
