Room Load Calculations / Assign Room Sizing Data / System Load Calculations / Update fan and coil sizing data

These perform the same steps as the sizing actions in the Actual building navigator section, but for the proposed configuration.  It is not possible to select an HVAC network for the System Load Calculations, it will always use GMProposed.asp
