get_properties()  ->  dictionary (property)
Returns assorted properties of the adjacency
 
aps_handle
 (int, id) the aps handle
body_id
 (string) the room ID of the room on the other side of adjacency
distance
 (float, meters) the distance between the two rooms.
surface_index
 (int) the index of the surface in the adjacent room
 
The following area related properties are also returned:
 
door
 (float, m2) total door area in adjacency.
gross
 (float, m2) gross area including all openings
hole
 (float, m2) total hole opening area
window
 (float, m2) total glazed opening area in adjacency
 
get_construction()  ->  construction Id
  Returns the construction ID (string) used in the adjacency
