The PRM report uses one static BPF per model, taken from Table 4.2.1.1 and based on the building type and CZ of the model. However, there can be regional variations for BPFs and this section of the navigator allows users to create custom BPF's and produce a custom report using these values.
This action, when selected, launches a tab edit view of Table 4.2.1.1. The values shown are the default 90.1 2019 BPF's. The user can edit any value they like and save as a custom set. They can then use this saved set for other projects by loading via this tab edit view
