Table G3.1.1-1 defines the vertical fenestration area to be used in the baseline building for different building types.
This action presents a tab edit view which is a representation of this table and selections made by the user will determine the gross above grade wall area for the baseline building when it is generated.
It should be noted that for building areas not shown in Table G3.1.1-1, the vertical fenestration area shall equal that in the proposed design or 40% of gross above-grade wall area, whichever is smaller. This is represented by the 'Other' option in the tab edit view.
