Indalo® outputs CO2 and Air change per hour data in addition to VOC data; this can be compared with VE VistaPro results, however:
· Indalo® assumes a fixed CO2 production rate for occupants, whereas the VE scales this off activity level (MET) so CO2 results will not be the same.
· The natural airflows through external windows & doors and internal openings, windows & doors will be dictated by Indalo®’s simulation of wind speed, buoyancy, pressure loss, coefficients etc. so will not match Apache / Macroflo results.
· Indalo® assumes a 20oC room temperature for stack flow so air change rates for natural ventilation will not be the same.
Note that in Indalo® only occupants not materials produce CO2.
