5 Scotland Section 6 (2022) VE-SBEM Results
This tab on the dialog at the lower edge of the VE Compliance screen allows you to view the results of Scotland Section 6 (2022) calculations. The content of the tab changes between compliance and EPC mode.
SBEM Compliance:
Building Emissions Rate (BER)
The Building Emissions Rate (kgCO2/m2) calculated for the actual building.
Notional Building Emissions Rate
The Building Emissions Rate (kgCO2/m2) calculated for the notional building (Cnotional).
Target Emissions Rate (TER)
The 2022 Target Emission Rate is the 2022 Notional building emission rate.
Building Delivered Energy Rate (BDER)
The Building Delivered Energy Rate (kWh/m2) calculated for the actual building.
Target Delivered Energy Rate (TDER)
The Target Delivered Energy Rate (kWh/m2).
Did the analysis pass the CO2 emissions rating?
‘PASS’ or ‘FAIL’

Extra output files
Two further output files are copied to the project’s Regs\ Section6_2022 \SBEM\BRUKL folder and may be of interest. Both are in comma-separated format.
