Planned completion date for the Section 63 action plan
This must record a date no later than 42 months after the date of issue of the first Action Plan for the building. Note that it is the assessor’s responsibility to verify whether a previous Action Plan exists for the building and, where a previous Action Plan exists, to record that same planned completion date. The date can be entered manually or using the drop-down calendar function.
