This includes news on software releases, case studies and upcoming training courses, as well as providing links to commonly-used resources such as online web training and tutorials. It also provides links to a range of support utilities, including this help site, the support knowledge base, YouTube videos and the IES community support forum.
The exact content displayed to you will vary across different regions, as IES tries to tailor the content appropriately. This content can be refreshed at any time by right-clicking on the page and selecting Refresh.
To view any of the displayed content, simply click on it – this will open the relevant page in your default web browser application.
IMPORTANT: Accessing the IES Online content requires an active internet connection. If the Start Page is unable to connect to IES to retrieve the content, a message will be displayed to indicate this:
Once the internet connection is restored, you can retry loading the content by clicking the try again link.
Note: the IES Online section can be directly accessed within the VE by selecting the Start Page item from the View menu.
