Existing project: Use geometry and data merging wizard
The ‘Geometry + detailed assignment’ option gives the user full control of the merge process allowing design updates to be imported into an existing thermal model. Existing geometry and assigned data can be left undisturbed, avoiding overwriting, whilst updates of the user’s choice can be healed and imported.
The software will recognise if there is a pre-existing model and will default to this option in this scenario. To activate the wizard select the ‘Geometry + detailed assignment’ option and click import.
