The editing of proposed DHW loop properties can be access via the ‘Edit DHW Systems…’ button in the HVAC wizard or directly in ApacheHVAC once the proposed.asp file has been created:
Note that some parameters in the DHW loop interface are not selectable, namely the heat source. The determination of a compliant heat source is based on selections made in the ‘Title 24 Properties’ tab edit view on the fourth page of the wizard.
Also note that some loop properties are reset at sizing and simulation time based on the ACM rules, namely the DHW municipal/mains water inlet temperature.
