This section in the navigator is used to assign building envelope and construction materials to the 3D model. It is important to note that all building construction materials in the Title 24 navigator are sourced from the CEC database and is imported into the project when the user selects the “Import Title 24 Templates” under Preliminary Data Setup.
A user is not allowed modify any material properties (except for glazing) within the database and is constrained to use materials from within the imported database while creating user defined construction assemblies in the Apache construction database manager (APcdb)
