To access the Exceptional Conditions screen as shown below, click the “Set Building Data button” in the navigator and then select the Exceptional Conditions Tab

If any of the exceptional conditions apply to your project, mark that item using the tick box provided. Some exceptional conditions are sensed automatically by the software. The compliance forms will include guidance for the code reviewer to check the exceptional conditions for compliance.
