13 Body Dimensions

The plan view representation of the ‘body’ of each person is represented mathematically as three circles. The diagram below illustrates the central ‘torso’ circle with radius R(t), and the 2 shoulder circles with radius R(s). The offset of the centre of the shoulder circle from the centre of the body is S metres.
