The Files section shows all the results files available. If a space has not yet been selected, all available results will be listed, with the space ID as the prefix, followed by the simulation type. Once a results file is selected, the space will be shown as selected in the model view and the model tree, and the space name will be shown beneath the file names for all files available for that space.
