iSCAN integrates time-series operational data into in a single web-based tool which allows users to derive full value from available data sources and enable advanced analysis to fully optimise building(s) performance. iSCAN stores, processes, tags, manipulates, plots and exports operational building data on the cloud. It allows for advanced analysis of the data through iSCAN specific analysis tools, as well as enabling continuous monitoring of a building’s performance and the identification of faults delivered through a bespoke rules, alerts and notifications system. In addition, data collected in iSCAN can be connected to VE physics based energy models, to create a virtual “digital twin” of a building, which can be used for further analysis of the building’s operation.
